The Boise River hasn’t warmed up much from last week. I checked the temperature this morning (June 19) and it was 49 degrees – up one degree from last week. I used my super-duper fishing thermometer, which is pretty darn accurate.
I usually take the temperature at the little sandy beach, just upstream from the Ram and the Broadway Bridge.
The flow at 787 cfs is an excellent flow for floating in a raft or canoe. It would be super chilly in a tube today with the way the weather is currently.
