CONTEST OVER: Win tickets to the Brit Floyd concert in Boise

It’s official: I’ve got Brit Floyd concert tickets coming out my ears. Ten readers are going to win a pair.

The show is Friday at the Revolution Center. Normally, tribute acts make me cringe. But Brit Floyd has to be seen to be believed. This group arguably sounds as good as — or better than — the real Pink Floyd could at this point.

Want a free pair of tickets?

Between now and noon Friday, May 17, correctly answer this question: What is the name of Pink Floyd’s last studio album? Email the answer to mdeeds@idahostatesman.com. To qualify, you must type the subject line UMMAGUMMA and include your first and last name, which will be used at will call if you win. One entry per person, please. Using a random-number generator, I’ll pick 10 emails then respond with the good news during the lunch hour on May 17.

And remember, if you don’t win, you can still buy tickets at Ticketfly.
