Widespread Panic to perform at Idaho Botanical Garden

The Idaho Botanical Garden is getting an early jump on outdoor concert season at Outlaw Field.

The latest show announced: Veteran jam band  Widespread Panic on Wednesday, July 10. This is an early starter  — 6 p.m. — presumably to allow for 20-minute guitar meltdowns. The opener is fellow Athens, Ga., band Bloodkin.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 8, for $35 at TicketWeb.

Other shows already announced at the Garden this summer include Fun. (sold out) and Imagine Dragons.
