Want to learn more about the legal system? Apply to Citizens’ Law Academy

The Idaho Law Foundation’s Citizens’ Law Academy is a free program for Treasure Valley residents who are 18 years or older. Sessions are one evening a week from Sept. 10 to Nov. 19.

The Citizens’ Law Academy offers participants a chance to learn more about laws affecting their daily lives and how the judicial system works. Presenters will include attorneys from the public and private sectors, as well as one or more members of the bench.

Classes will be held at the Law Center on 5th and Jefferson in Boise, and area courthouses. Space is limited, and applications must be submitted by Aug. 23.
