Consulate of Mexico in Boise and Women and Children’s Alliance form agreement to stem domestic violence

Consul of Mexico Ricardo Pineda and Beatrice Black, executive director of the Boise Women’s and Children’s Alliance, signed an “arrangement of cooperation” Thursday to strengthen the collaboration between the two groups to help victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
