Sublime with Rome to visit Revolution Center

Four days before they roll into Red Rocks Amphitheatre, SoCal rock band Sublime with Rome will be making a stop in Garden City.

The band — singer-guitarist Rome, former Sublime bassist Eric Wilson and drummer Josh Freese (Devo, G ‘N R, NIN, A Perfect Circle) — will perform Aug. 7 at the Revolution Center.

(I would fully expect that the Revolution Center will have its alcohol-sales legal struggles ironed out by then. Recent concerts from Bullet for My Valentine and Method Man/Redman were alcohol-free shows.)

Tickets to Sublime with Rome are $35 general, $55 VIP. They go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, May 3, at Ticketfly. The opener will be Iration.
