Salmon arrive at MK Nature Center

releaseIdaho Fish and Game released six chinook salmon at the MK Nature Center in Boise Thursday (June 13) and the fish are cooperating by getting nose-to-nose at the streamside window.

So much so, F&G staff has had to constantly wash the fingerprints off the window from all the school kids who are in awe of the fish.

The salmon should remain at the Nature Center until September. They will spawn in the underwater stream display.
