Boise is part of an eight-city summer tour. The other cities are Detroit; Jacksonville, Fla.; Anaheim, Calif.; Knoxville, Tenn.; Baton Rouge, La.; Kansas City; and Richmond, Va.
The Boise show will take place at Expo Idaho. About 6,000 ticketed guests will receive free valuations of their antiques and collectibles by specialists from the country’s leading auction houses and independent dealers, according to an Idaho Public Television news release.
“As part of the visit, Antiques Roadshow also will film field segments in and around Boise, highlighting area history and places of interest,” according to the release.
Video gathered on the Boise stop will be used in three episodes airing next year.
