Described as a a “bouncy bundle of fun,” she responds to the commands “sit” and “down” and has great eye contact. She appears to be house trained.
“All the volunteers love her. This dog will make an exceptional pet,” Nancy Harvey said.

The shelter is open seven days a week. Hours are: Noon to 4 p.m. Saturday-Monday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, and 2 p.m.-6 p.m Fridays, or by appointment (794-0944). The cost is $85 for dogs, $95 for puppies, and that includes spay/neuter and vaccination. The shelter, supported by 50 volunteers, promotes adoptions through its Facebook and its Web site, meridianvalleyhumanesociety.org.
