Mayhem Festival announces lineup, prices, for July 2 show at Idaho Center Amphitheater

Headbangers are well aware that the Rockstar Mayhem Festival will return to the Idaho Center Amphitheater for a day of shredding July 2.

But until now, the lineup has been unconfirmed. Here’s the official scoop:

Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch, Mastodon and Amon Amarth will play on the main stage.

Festival area bands include Machine Head, Children Of Bodom (nice!), Behemoth, Job For A Cowboy, Emmure, Born Of Osiris, Motionless In White, Butcher Babies, Battlecross, Huntress, Thrown Into Exile and City In The Sea.

There will be four stages this year, including one for local bands. (Those bands will be announced in June.)

As usual, early-bird ticketing will be implemented, meaning that if you buy right when they go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at ICTickets, you’ll save cash.

The first 1,000 sold will cost $29.50. The second 1,000 cost $35. The third 1,000 are $39.50.

If you don’t buy these within the first three or so hours, you won’t get in on these deals. They always sell out fast. Regular tickets will cost $49.50 advance, $55 day of show.
