Kid Cudi to headline outdoor hip-hop event at Idaho Center

The Treasure Valley isn’t exactly a hot spot for major hip-hop tours, so fans will be stoked to hear that multi-talented Kid Cudi is bringing his “Cud Life Tour” to Nampa’s Idaho Center Amphitheater.

The bill also includes Big Sean and Logic. (Note that Tyler, The Creator is not part of this date.)

Cudi, a musician and actor, has sold nearly 5 million digital singles. He’s managed to appeal to a variety of fans with creative ideas and projects such as his rock band WZRD.

Tickets to the 7 p.m. show go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday for $29.50, $45 (reserved) and $85 (first 10 rows) at ICTickets.

All I can say is … a major rap concert? On Friday the 13th? In Nampa?

Expect every law enforcement agency in the region to be on red alert for what is being billed as “Idaho’s first-ever outdoor hip-hop festival.”

(And few problems to occur.)
