It’s a perfect day to be on the water, especially in a canoe on a pond in Boise. Or in a kayak. Or on a paddle board.
I was shooting some photos at Quinn’s Pond today and the pond’s mirror waters were being cut by a paddleboarder and two people (and a dog) in a canoe. What a beautiful setting and what a way to warm up for the paddling season – on easy water.
It sure looked like spring at the pond with fishermen on the banks and docks and bicyclists whizzing by.
Dig out the paddling gear and hit some local waters. If you need help finding a place, we’ll have a story on March 20 in Idaho Outdoors on some local waters where you can do some early season paddling.
