Idaho receives three NEA grants

The National Endowment for the Arts announced the second half of its fiscal year funding for 2014. A total of $74.85 million went toward 971 grants nationally.

Here’s what Idaho received:

The Idaho Commission on the Arts received $712,800 that the ICA will give out through its granting process.

Idaho Shakespeare Festival receives $20,000 for it access programs, such as the festival’s Signing Shakespeare program that translates all five plays into American sign during a performance.

Festival Dance in Moscow receives $10,000 for its YouthOutreach Project that serves students in north central Idaho and eastern Washington.
