Idaho Dental Foundation accepting grant applications

The Idaho Dental Foundation is seeking applications for 2014 grants to projects that will improve the dental health of underserved citizens in Idaho.

The deadline for charitable organizations to apply for the grants is May 15.

The Idaho Dental Foundation is a nonprofit cooperation exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes; including-but not limited to the making of grant distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under sections 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Past grant recipients include Lewis-Clark State College Foundation, Genesis World Mission, Terry Reilly Health Services, Heritage Health Dental Clinic, Snake River Community Clinic.

More about the Idaho Dental Foundation:

The Idaho State Dental Assn. formed the foundation in 2006 as a nonprofit. The board of directors are unpaid volunteers who meet twice a year and represent all seven dental societies of the ISDA.  The IDF partners with dentists, community health districts, businesses, other foundations, and government leaders to improve oral health statewide through education and service.
