Idaho Capitol evacuation was scheduled fire drill officials say

The evacuation of the Capitol Thursday was not caused by the thick smoke that had filled downtown.

An Idaho Department of Administration spokeswoman called me back this morning to tell me that the evacuation was really scheduled fire drill.
