Former Treasure Valley prep athletes: Where are they now?

Borah Athletic Director Vince Mann sent me updates on two former Lions within the past month. Here are those updates.

Maryn Pincock, Borah: In late February, the senior at Utah Valley won the shot put at the Great West indoor track and field championships in Houston, Texas. Pincock’s throw of 46 feet, 8 inches broke the conference record, and she was awarded the most outstanding performance at the conclusion of the meet.

Chris Woolley, Borah: The junior shortstop at the University of San Diego was named the West Coast Conference Rawlings Player of the Month for his performances during the month of February. Woolley went 10-for-22 from the plate with a double and seven RBIs during that span. At the time, he was hitting .317 with 19 hits, one double, one home run and eight RBIs.
