Concert notes: Reckless Kelly and family on New Year’s Eve, Rolling Stones tribute band

  • If you missed this summer’s annual Braun Brothers Reunion Festival in Challis, fear not: There will be a mini-Braun reunion Dec. 31 at the Revolution Center in Garden City. A New Year’s Eve bash will feature Reckless Kelly, Micky and the Motorcars and Muzzie and Billy Braun. The  8 p.m. show — which will include a midnight balloon drop, drink specials and ticket giveaways — goes on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at Ticketfly for $25 general, $45 VIP.

  • “Straight from Las Vegas!” That’s the word on Satisfaction, which calls itself “the international Rolling Stones show.” Boise loves its tribute bands — Beatles acts seem to play here every 15 minutes — so expect this one to sell just fine. It’s “two full sets of all the hits” on Friday, Jan. 3, also at the Revolution Center. It goes on sale at 10 a.m. Friday for $20 general, $35 VIP at Ticketfly.
