A cold front from the north may bring snow to the peaks of Bogus Basin tonight or Monday, but the Treasure Valley will only see rain, according to the National Weather Service.
There’s a 30 percent chance of rain in the Boise area Sunday night, and a 60 percent chance of rain Monday.
Winds will pick up, and that could make Monday morning feel cooler than this morning — the overnight low in Boise was 39. The high Monday will be in the low- to mid-50s, a little below normal for this time of year.
The National Weather Service has issued winter weather watches, advisories and warnings for parts of Montana and Wyoming. Some areas are expected to get up to 4 inches of snow.
