Chick-fil-A hosts benefit Thursday for Idaho Humane Society

The Chick-fil-A restaurants in Boise and Meridian will host a “Spirit Day” Thursday for the Idaho Humane Society during regular business hours.

When customers mention the Idaho Humane Society at the register, 10 percent of sales will go to the shelter.

Humane Society officials will be on-site with an information table and donation boxes at each restaurant. Adopt a new pet from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Boise location and from noon to 3 p.m. at the Meridian location. The event will also feature giveaways and an appearance from the Chick-fil-A “Eat Mor Chikin” Cow.

Chick-fil-A  is at at Broadway and Front in Boise. It’s at 2012 N. Eagle Road in Meridian.
