The sophomore guard earned the weekly honor for the second time this season after he averaged 16.5 points per game in a one-point loss Wednesday to San Diego State and a 68-61 win over Wyoming on Saturday.

On Wednesday, Marks helped Boise State recover from a 17-point first-half deficit with 16 points, all in the second half. He had 17 points on 7-of-11 shooting on Saturday.

The Broncos will next face No. 19 New Mexico in Albuquerque on Saturday.

I am an AP men’s basketball top 25 voter this season, and will post my poll here each Monday. Indiana, despite a loss this week, held on to the top spot. Two Mountain West teams are ranked: New Mexico at No. 19 and Colorado State at No. 24. The Rams are ranked for the first time since 1954.
