The Boise State men’s basketball team will be front and center for fans twice next week, first with Oct. 30′s Heat Up The Hardwood event, then Nov. 1′s exhibition against Lewis-Clark State. And they’ll have a bit of a new look.
The Broncos have slightly tweaked their uniforms, as showcased here by senior forward Ryan Watkins, wearing the home whites.
Compare that to last season’s uniforms — the “Boise State” is a single deck, and there are separate blue and orange stripes on the side, as opposed to one, large solid one.
Here’s a side view of the new uniforms, as modeled by Watkins, along with his backpack.
The Broncos will again have a gray uniform, and it will look more like the grays the football team wears, as opposed to the lighter color the basketball team sported last season. Below is what the Broncos wore last year against Texas Southern, and a shot of the football team’s gray.
