Boise River flow decreases

photoThe flow is around 800 cfs and you can see a marked difference from previous days of more than 1,200 cfs.

Although it’s a good rafting and canoeing flow, paddlers should realize that the water temperature is in the 40s and that’s plenty cold.

Take precautions when floating for the possibility of a swim. Dress for cold water, even though air temperatures may be warm.
