Boise’s free public lecture series continues Thursday, March 7, with “And the Beat Goes On: Music as a Boise Legacy,” presented by Kevin Moran.
Upcoming forums also focus on Boise’s Sesquicentennial.
On April 4, Brandi Burns and Rich Binsacca will present “Remnants of Boise.”
On May 2, Tully Gerlach will present “Boise Neighborhoods: A Short History of Place.”
All Fettuccine Forum presentations are held at the Rose Room in Union Block, 718 W. Idaho St. Doors open at 5 p.m., presentation begins at 5:30 p.m.
Founded in 1989, the Fettuccine Forum began in Noodles Italian Restuarant on Main Street (hence the “fettuccine”). In 2004, Boise State and the city of Boise revived the forum as a First Thursday event.
