Bogus Basin’s Superior Chair to open for nights Jan. 10

bogusWith 5 inches of new snow Wednesday and 2 inches new on Thursday, Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area will open the Superior Chairlift to night skiing on Jan. 10 (Friday).

The announcement came Thursday. The Superior lift had just opened for day skiing on Wednesday.

Currently, Pine Creek (#6), Deer Point (#1), and Morning Star (#2) are also open every day. Showcase (#4) and Bitterroot (#5) are open on the weekends.

The Coach Chair and the Easy Rider and Fundsy carpets are open all day. Night skiing and boarding is in full swing on the front side of the mountain, along with the tubing hill and Nordic center.

Bogus Basin has 26 inches at the base and 34 inches on top.
