Boat ramps available at S.W. Idaho reservoir

ramp                                                                                                                                                                                                      Boating season is getting full on at Lucky Peak Reservoir as the reservoir fills. The water level April 3 was 25 feet from being full.

The Barclay Bay, Spring Shores and Turner Gulch boat ramps are in the water and available for boaters.

Here are ramp updates for other S.W. Idaho reservoirs:

Lake Lowell – 7 feet from full; West Upper Dam, Lower Dam and Upper Dam park area ramps will be available when the lake opens to boating April 15.

Arrowrock Reservoir – 12 feet from full; ramps available.

Anderson Ranch Reservoir – 74 feet from full; Castle Creek, Curlew and Elk Creek ramps in the water.

Owyhee Reservoir – 55 feet from full; Gordon Gulch, Lake Owyee Resort and County boat ramps in the water.

Brownlee Reservoir – 14 feet from full; Woodhead, Hewitt, Farewell Bend, Steck Park, Spring ramps available.
